Are you aware of any properties in your area that look abandoned?

Do you have any properties in your area that are considered "eyesores"? (Example: dilapidated buildings, dump sites, etc.)

Do you know of any vacant land where a potentially contaminated facility once stood? (Example: gas station, factory, dry cleaner, etc.)

Are you aware of any properties locally known or suspected to be contaminated (such as with asbestos or lead-based paint, etc.) that deter potential buyers from purchasing and redeveloping them?

Do you know of any properties with a history of chemical spills, abandoned underground storage tanks, etc.?

Do you know of any other sites in your area that could potentially be contaminated and could be redeveloped?

Do you have any questions for us about Brownfield sites or EPA Assessment grants (or other funding)?
